Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to lead our operations for Outbound Sales team. This critical leadership role involves enhancing customer service, driving revenue growth, managing P&L responsibilities, and optimizing operational efficiency. If you are a visionary leader with a track record of managing large-scale operations and driving results


Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service Excellence : Design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure high service quality.
  • Operational Optimization : Streamline workflows, leverage technology, and enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue & Cost Management : Align operations with revenue growth objectives, manage budgets effectively, and drive cost efficiencies.
  • P&L Management : Take ownership of the operations division’s P&L, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Outbound Operations : Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies for maximum revenue impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and HR teams to align operational activities with business goals.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 15+ years in operations management, with expertise in customer service, outbound teams, and P&L management.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, data analytics, CRM tools, and customer service software proficiency.
  • Industry Expertise : Experience in fintech, healthtech, or e-commerce is a plus.
