Job Overview : ImpactGuru is seeking a dynamic and Creative Content Lead to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand, engages our audience, and drives business growth.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in marketing communication, website building, BTL (Below The Line) marketing, content creation, and digital marketing communication.
Key Responsibilities :-
Content Strategy Development :
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
Marketing Communication:
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications across various channels, including email, social media, and PR.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Website Building :
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
BTL Marketing :
Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and direct mail.
Measure and report the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.
Content Creation :
Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.
Digital Marketing Communication :
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, PPC, and email marketing.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Team Management :
Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communication roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
