We are hiring candidates for the Content Head role with ImpactGuru.Com for the Mumbai location.

Job Location: Mumbai ( Andheri ).

Job Overview: ImpactGuru is seeking a dynamic and Creative Content Lead to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand, engages our audience, and drives business growth.

This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in marketing communication, website building, BTL (Below The Line) marketing, content creation, and digital marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities:-

Content Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.- Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.

Marketing Communication:

- - Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications across various channels, including email, social media, and PR.- - Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.

Website Building:

- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

BTL Marketing:

- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and direct mail.- Measure and report the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.

Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.

Digital Marketing Communication:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, PPC, and email marketing.- Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.- Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communication roles.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.- Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
