We are hiring candidates for the Content Head role with ImpactGuru.Com for the Mumbai location.
Company Overview: ImpactGuru is a leading healthcare financing platform in India that helps patients raise funds for medical emergencies through crowdfunding.

Job Location: Mumbai ( Andheri ).
Job Overview: ImpactGuru is seeking a dynamic and Creative Content Lead to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand, engages our audience, and drives business growth.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in marketing communication, website building, BTL (Below The Line) marketing, content creation, and digital marketing communication.
Key Responsibilities:-
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
Marketing Communication:
- - Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications across various channels, including email, social media, and PR.
- - Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Website Building:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
BTL Marketing:
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and direct mail.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.
Digital Marketing Communication:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, PPC, and email marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communication roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
