Pepper Content ( is building a global content marketing platform that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 150,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem. This role is for the US Market (B2B Enterprise and SaaS) We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, comfortable with uncertainty, flexible, great with people and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. If you think you have the spark and a constantly simmering pot of ideas, this is the chance for you At Pepper Content you’ll be: Our Head of Content Marketing (B2B SaaS/Enterprise) role partners with customers to produce strategies and manage content programs and production for enterprise companies. Your content will inspire and educate our customers' customers, and you'll have a laser-like focus on the marketing goals and outcomes that matter. Your goal will be to generate growth outcomes for customers, leading to long, trusted relationships. Responsibilities: Content strategy creation Create and optimize content strategies for customers with input and guidance from your manager Create and manage content calendars that align with a customer’s content strategy Generate impactful ideas and craft comprehensive briefs for content pieces, ensuring a robust pipeline of engaging material that supports overall strategic goals Create a consultative experience for Pepper's customers by offering expertise and thoughtful analysis of the customer’s content and how it impacts customer goals Content strategy execution Manage and assign work to freelancers and editors, executing tasks such as preparing briefs, tracking due dates, reviewing work, and giving feedback to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time Report on the results of the content delivered against the strategy created for our customers each month Requirements: 8+ years of experience in content marketing for companies in high-growth environments 5+ years of client-facing, account management experience at a marketing agency or within a in-house marketing team Demonstrated experience creating and executing content strategies, tracking performance, and achieving high-impact results Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of content reporting tools and metrics, including GA4, Ahrefs, Clearscope, Google Search Console (GSC), Screaming Frog, and others Understanding of distribution channels for content, including search, social, and email Benefits at Pepper: Paid leaves for new parents Paid Menstrual Leave Flexible work timings Medical Insurance coverage for all employees and dependents including Parents or in-laws COVID-19 insurance coverage for all employees and dependents including Parents or in-law PS - Our JD is Inspired by Animalz
