Job Overview: ImpactGuru is seeking a dynamic and Creative Content Lead to join our marketing team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances our brand, engages our audience, and drives business growth.


This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in marketing communication, website building, BTL (Below The Line) marketing, content creation, and digital marketing communication.


Key Responsibilities:-


Content Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.


Marketing Communication:


  • - Lead the creation of compelling marketing communications across various channels, including email, social media, and PR.
  • - Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.


Website Building:


  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.


BTL Marketing:


  • Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, and direct mail.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of BTL activities and suggest improvements.


Content Creation:


  • Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publication.


Digital Marketing Communication:


  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.


Team Management:


  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communication roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
  • Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
