You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

Act as the face of the House to members and be available to respond positively to all inquiries and needs of our guests and ensure timely resolutions to any issues they may have.

Manage the daily activities of the Club Reception while contributing to the strategic development of the house.

Effective recruitment, selection, training and performance management for all positions within the department.

Lead, develop, motivate and empower employees to deliver operational best practices, identifying opportunities and asking recommendations for improving efficiency and quality of service and operating standards.

To ensure the company culture is visible in all aspects of the business.

Effective and timely interaction with all Hotel departments including participation and representation in hotel wide meetings /committees as required.

Always Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly Receive calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries.

Responsible to answer the main line and sending calls in the right direction as needed.

Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events.

Must Check Upkeep the reception area, desk, and coat check clean at all times.

Perform Guest List duties on the floor level or Rooftop.

Assist with any guest related issues.

Comply with all hotel policies, standards.

Have an upbeat, energetic, authentic and professional attitude at all times.
