As the AVP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of Managed Projects and Managed Services for our lead-to-revenue strategy and transformations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistency in the successful execution and timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. You will lead a team of project managers and consultants, driving operational excellence, process improvement, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge and understanding of “Lead to Revenue” business process flows, technology, and data
2. Proven experience working with large Fortune 500 companies in Hitech and Manufacturing industries delivering large-scale project ($10+ M)
3. Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the delivery strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's delivery roadmap.
4. Project Management : Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring that projects are properly planned, resourced, and executed. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and consultants, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the professional growth and development of team members.
6. Client Relationship Management : Act as a key point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their needs and expectations. Ensure consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality standards, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery. Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
9. Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor project budgets, profitability, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed-upon financial parameters.
10. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering client engagements. Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role overseeing the delivery of consulting services for large-scale projects
● Strong project management expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
● Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
● Deep understanding of consulting methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
● Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
● Strong business acumen, including financial management and budgeting skills.
● Experience in process improvement and driving operational excellence.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
