As AVP you will be responsible for RTR and AP in the capacity of Service Delivery Leader (SDL) andwill be requirement based & hence flexible, equipped to Focus on continuous processimprovement and adaptive to change, Develop & lead effective working relationships in theorganization and actively collaborate closely with all Key Stakeholders• Lead large R2R team in areas of General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, AccountReconciliation. Balance month end, quarter end year end – preparation, be responsible for smoothexecution & ensure books are closed on time, groom and enable career progression whileencouraging Genpact culture (CI2).• Achieve /exceed retention targets. · Lead the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2R to ensurecustomer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell · Sound knowledge of the R2Raspects like Inter-co accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Bank and balance sheet recons, Monthend close aspects, Accruals, amortizations, financials submission in Fin. Reporting systems etc.• Lead the delivery of outsourced services F&A: AP to ensure customer happiness and increasedrevenue through client up-sell• Ensure all month-end activities are completed within agreed time and of the highest quality andensure metrics are met as per agreed critical metrics / SLAs targets as applicable.• Handling internal & External Audits: Support Ops Compliance / Surveillance teams to ensure zeroaudit observations and findings. Extensively involve in building MAPs Management action planswherever required and applicable.• This needs outstanding governance in checking for policy and practice adherence · Review theteams day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis andother requests pertaining to the accounts payable process• You should partner with your global teams to set up and monitor vendor master file, Payments,T&E Processing and Audits, External Regulatory reporting (Eg 1099, DADS2 etc.), Helpdesk,Statement Auditing, Escheatment Function, VAT and Other Special Processes.• Take the lead in working with digital teams on introducing breakthrough technology solutions intooperations, especially RPA• Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting withmanagement response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility · Collaborate and workglobally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercializeexisting and new product offerings• Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drivetransformation agenda• Must be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team,Transformation team, Transitions team etc.• Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios. · Implementappropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and bring up performance gaps and/orperformance breakthroughs. • Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.• Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, andstabilization• Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L• Be a key driving force in leading new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading toa balanced P&L. Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running andgrowing the existing relationships• Own the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display a strong executivepresence• Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals. ·Qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate from top Commerce colleges. Prior experience inthe services industry in leading large teams in R2R and AP domains (60 - 100+ FTE this person willmanage) Hands on expertise in Record to Report (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany,Account Reconciliation. Balance month end, quarter end year end – preparation), and AccountsPayable Operations experience in the Industry with driving transformation. Ensure period endclose activities are performed according to agreed close schedules. Excellent knowledge on ERPApplications, Workflow Tools, etc.
