Own the P&L and marketing mix during the launch prep.Create launch & sustenance plan for pilots in line with business objectives for Organic IndiaDeliver topline & bottom-line of the launch and manage inventory/working capital for new launches in Organic IndiaDeliver the plan in full in liaison with sales and in line with agreed timelinesOwn A&P for the projects and 360 degree marketing plan. Own the P&L through the pilot.On successful pilot launch, plan for scale up and handover to category teams post validation of proof of conceptAnalyze and present NPD performance update and present recommendations / interventions to strengthen/scale up/kill the product launchActively support various cost control and waste minimization initiativesOngoing evaluation of launched brand performance and initiate corrective actions to improve brand salience amongst the target audienceCustomer ServiceResponsible for GTM plan and execution, which consists ofWork closely with Ecom, MT, GT team to create the GTM strategyBe the key stakeholder in project management – Drive CFT to ensure regulatory, packaging, product, production, financials and other legs of the project work smoothly till product delivery to marketFeedback post launch across retailers, consumers of NPD and take continuous actions to deliver targeted objectiveInternal ProcessesCreate the marketing mix & brand assets including packaging, logo, brand bookWork closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver the project on timeExpereince to analyze and understand consumer trends data to ideate on new innovation opportunitiesInnovation and LearningCreate the innovation pipelineParticipate in the Organic India innovations pipeline process from ideation, concept development to project managementCreate a sharp marketing mix for the brand and buzz worthy launch and communication planBuild deep consumer understanding the consumers behaviours to develop products that are in line with TCP’s business strategyCritical success factors for the Role4-6 years of marketing experienceMust have min 2-3 years’ experience in innovation/marketingMBA from a premier B-schoolDesirable success factors for the RoleGood communication skills and stakeholder management capabilitiesExposure to sales would be an advantageFamiliarity with the consumer goods, FMCG, Beverage, personal care, marketing (brand/category/Innovation) domain knowledge and an understanding of its challenges and opportunitiesDesign thinking:Communicate consumers’ requirements throughout the business to ensure that their needs and desires are the focus of future activityUses qualitative market research tools to identify need gaps; can translate consumer desires into brand development opportunitiesPromote understanding of the core values and personality of the brand
