Global Process Lead, Acquire to Retire At McDonald's, we believe that our success begins and ends with our people. The Global Process Leads (GPLs) in ATR (Acquire to Retire) is responsible for driving execution of core end-to-end accounting processes. The Director partners with market and enterprise teams, ensures performance monitoring, and advocates for process optimization to align with business outcomes and strategic objectives.
Establish an E2E Process Vision & Roadmap by partnering with Market and Enterprise teams to define business outcomes and develop strategy for success.
Drive Process Standardization by overseeing the overall management, maintenance, and documentation of end-to-end global processes.
Monitor Performance through regular reviews, ensuring the achievement of goals in the end-to-end processes.
Identify Improvements by bringing leading practices and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Promote Process Culture, focusing on excellence, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships across functions.
Develop Business Cases to secure budgets for continuous process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent are preferred.
~ Extensive experience in managing the full asset lifecycle, including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and retirement, with a focus on optimizing and standardizing ATR processes globally.
~15+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation within large organizations.
~ Expertise in business partnership, problem solving, decision making, and continuous improvement.
~ Ability to diligently follow predefined decision trees, rulebooks, and standard operating procedures to execute transactional accounting operations accurately and efficiently.
~ Extensive experience in process management and optimization, with a track record of establishing end-to-end process visions and roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.
~ Proven ability to drive process standardization initiatives, including management, maintenance, and documentation of global processes.
~ Strong background in performance monitoring and improvement identification, with expertise in bringing leading practice processes and technology solutions to drive continuous improvement efforts
