Designation: Senior Sales EngineerExperience Level: 3-6 YearsLocation: Mumbai/Bangalore/TrivandrumRole & Responsibilities:As part of the core sales team of Quantiphi, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for execution of the end-to-end sales process in a B2B environment. Your responsibilities will include:Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting customers by utilizing consultative selling practices and guidelines to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutionsManage communication & relationship with customers, prospects and partners and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionPrepare and explain products, solutions or services to a variety of audiencesDevelop sales collaterals (Business and technical presentations, Point of views, solution approaches etc.,)Engage & drive end-to-end pre-sales activities for the company in Data Science & Applied AI domain.Work closely with cross functional teams (Solution Architects, Engineering team and other sales support teams) towards meeting customer requirementsApply the right analysis frameworks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions to complex business problemsBring thought leadership to conversations with customers, prospects and partners to methodically define business problems, capture requirements, scope the solution and support the closure of the dealResearching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classificationData reporting to management and gathering market intelligenceTravel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as requiredSkills required:Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, you’ll need the following:Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or EngineeringExcellent communication (written & verbal), including the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas. (Mandatory)Understanding of sales cycle and sales techniquesExperience of B2B sales, customer communication and relationship management is preferableLogical ability to understand client's needs and present solutionsData driven mindset.
