Role Description
Primary Focus: Driving targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions through paid digital channels—optimizing campaigns for the best ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
• Paid Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Test different ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Budget & Spend Optimization:
• Manage allocated budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and consistent lead flow.
• Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to guide strategy.
• Conversion Funnel Optimization:
• Work closely with the Content and Design teams to develop landing pages and ad creatives that convert.
• Continuously A/B test landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to increase conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting (Paid KPIs):
• Track campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and conversion pixels.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for scaling winning campaigns or pausing underperforming ones.
Skills & Expertise:
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms. Basic familiarity with marketing automation and remarketing tools is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align paid strategies with broader business goals—awareness, lead-gen, bookings—and adapt quickly based on performance data.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to campaign structures, targeting parameters, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking.
