Role Description - Minimum 4 to 5 years relevant work experience
Primary Focus:
Translating complex regenerative therapies and IV treatments into accessible, relatable content that educates, engages, and inspires the target audience. This role shapes the brand’s voice, ensuring that every piece of content is accurate, trustworthy, and easy to understand.
Core Responsibilities:
• Content Planning & Ideation:•Develop editorial calendars for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, whitepapers, and educational guides.•Brainstorm fresh content topics aligned with healthcare trends, patient concerns, and frequently asked questions.• Copywriting & Messaging:•Write clear, compelling copy for various touchpoints: social posts, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and patient education materials.•Adapt tone and complexity to suit different platforms, while maintaining brand voice and credibility.• Research & Fact-Checking:•Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure medical accuracy and regulatory compliance.•Source credible information and evidence-based research to support claims and recommendations.• SEO Optimization & Readability:•Incorporate SEO best practices to help content rank higher on search engines.•Structure content with headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs for easy readability.
Skills & Expertise:
• Writing & Editing:
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editorial skills; ability to convey empathy, authority, and clarity.• Healthcare Literacy:
Ideally comfortable with medical or health-related terminology, able to simplify complex concepts.• SEO & CMS Knowledge:
Familiarity with keyword research, on-page optimization, and Content Management Systems.• Adaptability:
Able to switch between long-form educational articles and short, snappy social media captions while maintaining brand cohesion.
