Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, for a full-time role with a shift timing of 9AM-7PM. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of clinical experience and expertise in conducting psychometric assessments. This role involves diagnosing psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Psychometric Assessments:
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests to diagnose psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Develop personalized treatment plans based on the results.
Diagnosis & Treatment:
- Diagnose mental health disorders and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Monitor Client Progress:
- Regularly meet with clients to track their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Goal Setting & Action Plans:
- Help clients set and achieve personal, social, and vocational goals, using appropriate psychological techniques.
Therapeutic Approaches:
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based methods, determining the appropriate treatment frequency and duration.
Documentation & Confidentiality:
- Maintain thorough records of therapy sessions in line with clinic policies and ensure strict confidentiality of client information.
Crisis Intervention:
- Provide immediate psychological support in crisis situations and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Professional Development:
- Participate in workshops, training, and clinician meetings to stay current on the latest techniques and treatments in clinical psychology.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including psychometric assessments and therapy.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid license to conduct psychometric assessments and psychological therapy.
Skills:
- Proficient in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
- Experience with psychometric testing and interpretation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide crisis intervention when necessary.
