Role Description - Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Primary Focus:Oversee the brand’s digital presence and growth strategy by uniting community engagement, influencer collaborations, and overarching social media planning. This role ensures that the brand speaks with one cohesive voice, leverages strategic partnerships, and actively nurtures a vibrant online community that connects deeply with the brand’s healthcare and wellness offerings.
Core Responsibilities:• Strategic Social Media Planning:•Develop and refine a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand objectives, medical guidelines, and audience interests.•Identify emerging platforms, content formats, and trends to keep the brand relevant, engaging, and ahead of the curve.• Community Building & Engagement:•Serve as the brand’s digital ambassador, actively engaging with followers, responding empathetically to comments, and encouraging meaningful conversations.•Monitor online sentiment, gather feedback, and surface audience insights to inform content strategies and improve customer experience.• Influencer & Partnership Management:•Identify, vet, and establish relationships with influencers, wellness experts, and relevant micro-communities to amplify brand reach.•Negotiate and coordinate campaigns, manage deliverables, and track the performance of influencer collaborations to ensure a positive ROI and alignment with brand values.• Content Coordination & Collaboration:•Work closely with content strategists, designers, and video editors to produce compelling, educational, and shareable content.•Ensure that visual and written materials resonate with the audience, accurately represent the brand’s offerings, and encourage social sharing.• Analytics & Reporting:•Track key performance indicators (engagement, follower growth, influencer-driven conversions) using analytics tools.•Provide regular reports and actionable insights to refine strategies and allocate resources more effectively.
Skills & Expertise:• Strategic Insight:
Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness.• Community Management:
Strong online relationship-building skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive health-related inquiries with tact.• Influencer Relations:
Experience identifying relevant influencers and managing collaborations—familiarity with negotiation, campaign planning, and content vetting.• Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable interpreting analytics data, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics, and presenting findings to stakeholders.• Brand Voice & Creativity:
Adept at maintaining a consistent brand tone, storytelling in compelling ways, and shaping content that inspires trust and loyalty.
Ideal Background:•3–5 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or community building within wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.•Track record of crafting successful engagement strategies, nurturing influencer relationships, and managing multiple digital channels effectively.
