Role Description
Primary Focus:
Driving targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions through paid digital channels—optimizing campaigns for the best ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
• Paid Campaign Management:•Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other relevant platforms.•Test different ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.• Budget & Spend Optimization:•Manage allocated budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and consistent lead flow.•Monitor cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to guide strategy.• Conversion Funnel Optimization:•Work closely with the Content and Design teams to develop landing pages and ad creatives that convert.•Continuously A/B test landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to increase conversions.• Analytics & Reporting (Paid KPIs):•Track campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and conversion pixels.•Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for scaling winning campaigns or pausing underperforming ones.Skills & Expertise:
• Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms. Basic familiarity with marketing automation and remarketing tools is a plus.• Strategic Thinking:
Ability to align paid strategies with broader business goals—awareness, lead-gen, bookings—and adapt quickly based on performance data.• Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to campaign structures, targeting parameters, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking.
