Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves driving business growth, establishing new client relationships, and managing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently to meet new & existing clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, meeting new clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings (travel required).
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Regular reporting on business development activities and performance.
• Preparation of data sheets for different sectors- Schools, Hospitals, Corporate offices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes (50% or more).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
