We are looking for a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable growth and ROI through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, execute, and optimize Search and Display Ads strategies for maximum ROI.
* Plan and manage Shopping Ads campaigns using Google Merchant Center.
* Oversee and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying actionable insights for improvement.
* Assist in planning and implementing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.
* Design and execute strategies tailored to e Commerce growth, focusing on high-performance campaigns.
* Manage advertising budgets of ₹10,00,000+ per month, ensuring cost-effective spending.
* Monitor, report, and present campaign KPIs with recommendations for continuous optimization.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Proven experience in Google Ads management, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Merchant Center tools.
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and its campaign management functionalities.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize high-budget campaigns (₹10,00,000+ monthly).
* Google Ads certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Skills:
* Expertise in creating and implementing Search and Display Ads strategies.
* Strong understanding of e Commerce advertising and growth strategies.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting and leveraging data insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines efficiently.
