We are looking for a talented and data-driven  Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive  performance marketing strategies that drive brand growth, user acquisition, and customer retention. You will also be working on the  SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and  ASO (App Store Optimization) to enhance the brand's online visibility and app presence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage high-impact campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid media, SEO/ASO, social media, and influencer partnerships, while utilizing data analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :1.  Performance Marketing Strategy Planning & Execution :
  • Develop, implement, and optimize  performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, focusing on  paid search paid social programmatic media , and more.
  • Work closely with leadership to understand the overall business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable performance marketing plans.
  • Create tailored performance marketing campaigns aimed at driving measurable outcomes such as  ROI customer acquisition lead generation , and  brand visibility .
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
2.  Budgeting, Budget Management, and Resource Allocation :
  • Oversee and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and digital channels.
  • Forecast and track performance marketing spend to ensure it aligns with financial targets, adjusting spend as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, adjusting budgets and bids based on real-time data to maximize performance without exceeding the budget.
3.  SEO (Search Engine Optimization) :
  • Lead and implement comprehensive  on-page and  off-page SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search rankings, increasing site traffic, and enhancing user engagement.
  • Perform extensive  keyword research and create SEO-optimized content strategies that support both organic search growth and content marketing.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve website content, metadata, and structure for better SEO performance.
  • Stay up to date with  SEO best practices and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
4.  ASO (App Store Optimization) :
  • Develop and execute  ASO strategies to enhance the visibility of the company’s mobile apps on app stores (Google Play, App Store, etc.), increasing app downloads, installs, and user engagement.
  • Optimize app listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and ratings) to improve search rankings within app stores.
  • Conduct  A/B testing for app listing pages and other optimization experiments to improve app conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior and in-app data to refine strategies for improving app store performance.
5.  Social Media Marketing & Influencer Marketing :
  • Plan, create, and execute  social media campaigns that drive results, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Develop effective  social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more, tailoring campaigns to each platform’s audience.
  • Build relationships with  influencers and  content creators to amplify brand messaging and drive engagement through  influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Use data insights to manage and improve  social media ROI , including improving ad targeting, optimizing bids, and maximizing reach.
6.  Media Buying & Programmatic Advertising :
  • Plan, negotiate, and manage digital  media buying across key channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ad networks).
  • Identify and target specific  audiences and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and efficient ad spending.
  • Track and analyze ad performance to make informed decisions on where to allocate resources for maximum impact.
7.  Website & Application Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting :
  • Implement and manage website and app tracking technologies (e.g.,  Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Firebase, Heatmaps ) to capture key data points and performance metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs such as  traffic sources,  conversion rates customer behavior , and  ROI to evaluate and optimize campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, generating reports to share findings with key stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping to shape future marketing strategies and initiatives.
8.  Data Analysis & Performance Reporting :
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports detailing the results of campaigns, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Present performance insights and recommendations clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams, helping to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Continuously refine and enhance performance measurement frameworks to improve decision-making based on data.
9.  Continuous Optimization and Testing :
  • Regularly conduct  A/B testing on various aspects of campaigns (ad copy, landing pages, keywords, etc.) to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign performance.
  • Leverage  split testing and multivariate testing to experiment with different marketing approaches, identifying the most effective strategies for growth.
  • Identify key areas of improvement in all aspects of performance marketing campaigns, from ad creatives to bidding strategies, and implement changes to ensure consistent campaign optimization.
Qualifications : Education :
  • Minimum  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
  • 4+ years of proven experience in  Performance Marketing SEO , and  ASO , with hands-on expertise in running performance-driven campaigns and optimizing digital marketing efforts.
  • Proven success in managing  paid search campaigns paid social media buying , and  SEO/ASO strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in  Google Ads Meta Ads Programmatic Ads , and other media buying platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of  SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and  ASO strategies for both Google Play and App Store.
Skills :
  • Analytical skills : Proficient in  Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Firebase Data Studio , and Excel to analyze data and create actionable reports.
  • Technical proficiency in  SEO ASO media buying , and  digital marketing technologies .
  • Ability to manage  marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring the best use of resources across different channels.
  • Strong understanding of  digital advertising strategies,  keyword research audience segmentation , and  conversion optimization techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience with  mobile app marketing and  e-commerce platforms .
  • Familiarity with  marketing automation tools CRM platforms, and  email marketing .
  • Knowledge of  web development basics or working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Understanding of  user experience (UX) principles and how they apply to digital marketing and campaign optimization.
