Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist
Minimum Experience: 2 years in running Google Ads or Meta Ads
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. In this role, you will:
- Manage Google Ads (search, display, video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Track key metrics and generate reports to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Google Ads and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics tools.
- Ability to optimize campaigns for better results and budget management.
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
