Position Summary
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be instrumental in scaling my Career Next's market presence and revenue growth across all segments. This role requires a visionary leader who can build and execute comprehensive revenue strategies while maintaining the company's mission of transforming careers through innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
· Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives
· Create and implement scalable business models across B2 C and B2 B segments
· Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets and KPIs
· Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy
· Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Operations teams
· Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the Ed Tech space
Revenue Operations & Growth
· Build and lead high-performing sales teams across all verticals (B2 C - graduates, professional, B2 B - Organizations L&D and recruitment team)
· Establish robust pipeline management and forecasting processes
· Design and optimize revenue operations for scalability
· Create data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention
· Develop and execute market entry strategies for new segments
· Drive profitable growth across all revenue streams
Marketing & Market Position
· Partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
· Develop compelling brand positioning and market messaging
· Optimize multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, paid marketing, partnerships)
· Leverage analytics to refine marketing initiatives and improve ROI
· Build strategic partnerships to enhance market presence
· Create thought leadership content to establish market authority
Customer Success & Retention
· Implement best-in-class customer onboarding and engagement programs
· Drive strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn
· Create feedback loops between customers and product development
· Develop scalable customer success frameworks for both B2 C and B2 B segments
· Ensure high customer satisfaction and platform adoption
Required Qualifications
Experience
· 10+ years in revenue leadership roles with a proven record in Ed Tech, Saa S, or tech industries
· Proven track record in successfully scaling startups and achieving ambitious revenue targets
· Experience in B2 B and B2 C revenue growth models; AI/ML product familiarity is a plus
Skills & Expertise
· Strategic planning and execution in growth environments
· Leadership, team building, and sales operations expertise
· Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making, and communication skills
· Proficiency in digital marketing and pipeline management
