Source, screen, and recruit qualified Travel Nurses and healthcare professionals for U.Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate experience, and ensure credential verification. Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to placement and onboarding. Stay updated on nursing specialties, healthcare compliance, and U.S. visa/work authorization processes. Bachelor’s degree in any field. ~2–5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare or IT recruitment (Travel Nurse experience preferred). ~ Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks. ~ S. shift (night shift) from the Chennai office.
