Franchise Manager-PnL

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise expansion strategy
2. Scout, Identify and evaluate potential franchisees and markets for expansion.
3. Lead negotiations and manage relationships with franchise partners.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful franchise launches and
operations.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive analysis.
6. Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the franchise LOB (line of
business).
Skills Required:
1. Proven track record of 5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or
institutional sales.
2. Overall work experience of 8-10 years
3. Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
4. Knowledge of franchising models, contract negotiations, and legal aspects.
Qualifications:
1. MBA with at least 5+ years of experience in sales & operations (B2C)
2. Prior experience in managing franchise operations and developing franchise networks
is a must
3. Prior experience of setting up and operating offline stores is a big plus
4. Strong biz fundamentals, PnL thinking and comfort with numbers is desired
