Pocket FM has grown to 80 million listeners community, spending an average of over 150 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 4 billion minutes monthly Role Description : Growth Strategy : Apply first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving to design and implement innovative growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics tools to track and analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets. Creative Industry Insights : Utilize your knowledge of the creative industry to inform growth strategies and create compelling, relevant campaigns for diverse audience segments. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Content, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and optimize the user journey. Growth Experimentation: Drive and manage A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance. High-Growth Environment: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, where agility and adaptability are crucial Must-Have Skills: First Principles Thinking: Strong ability to break down complex problems and find innovative, ground-up solutions. Structured Thinking: Expertise in approaching problems systematically, with attention to detail and strategic foresight. Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and generating actionable solutions. Performance Marketing Experience (Meta): Proven experience running successful paid acquisition campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with a focus on scaling user growth. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree from Tier - 1 institute. Preference for an MBA Degree from Tier - 1 institute with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India. Good understanding of the creative and content-driven industry, ideally having worked in or with creative teams. Innately curious and thrives on gleaning insights from data, and able to identify creative opportunities in content and translate these into sharp creative strategies. Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
