We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team and help take our outreach efforts to the next level.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Growth Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive user acquisition and foster community engagement across online and offline channels. This role offers a competitive CTC ranging from 4 LPA to 5 LPA, determined based on your experience, skills, and market standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with company goals, track performance metrics, and ensure the success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Growth:

  • Community Building: Design and execute strategies to grow and engage our online community, fostering a vibrant and active user base.
  • Content Operations: Collaborate with the content team to ensure the production of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that aligns with growth goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and evaluate online marketing campaigns to drive sign-ups and boost sales of our paid courses.
  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies, leveraging content marketing through SEO and paid advertising.
  • Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Proactively identify creative and emerging opportunities and trends to enhance visibility and attract target audiences.

Offline Growth:

  • Institution Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with colleges in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to organize free seminars and educational sessions.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars aimed at educating final-year students about the tech market and our Salesforce training programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the on-ground team to ensure seamless execution of offline events.
  • Follow-ups: Engage seminar attendees post-events to convert interested students into program enrollees.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs for both online and offline initiatives, preparing detailed growth reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new growth strategies to inform future plans.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in growth, marketing, or community management roles (minimum 6 months).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, user acquisition techniques, and community engagement.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and collaboration with colleges and partners.
  • Event Management: Prior experience in planning and executing offline events is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think innovatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-the-ground initiatives.
