Job Title: Partner Program Manager  

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to lead our partner engagement initiatives. This role will be pivotal in managing various partner marketing activities, campaigns, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships. Experience in B2B roles and working in tech industry or exposure to technology companies would be a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Create and manage partner programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success 
  • Help facilitate effective communication and collaboration between vendors and partners by acting as a liaison.  
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis.  
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.  
  • Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to assist in the continuous improvement of partner marketing strategies and best practices.  
  • Support in collaborating with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos.  
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).  
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or program management 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
