We have a team of 130 serving 300+ customers across 5 offices in the US, Singapore, India, Australia, and the UK. Our mission is to make it easy for non-technical marketers to leverage advanced data activation and marketing measurement tools that are powered by AI, to improve their performance and achieve their KPIs. Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth.
Position Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager's role is to drive Lifesight’s Partner Marketing strategy and execution. This role will be crucial in building and scaling our partner programs, creating compelling content, and driving partner-led growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for our agency and solution partners
- Create and manage partner marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build partner enablement resources
- Lead partner-focused events, webinars, and training sessions
- Content Development
- Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, white papers, blog posts)
- Develop sales enablement materials for partners
- Design and maintain partner marketing collateral
- Craft partner communication strategies and messaging
- Program Management
- Drive partner onboarding & training program
- Manage partner marketing budget and ROI tracking
- Create and track partner marketing KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS
- 3+ years of partner or channel marketing experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
- Track record of successful partner marketing campaigns
- Event management experience
- Marketing automation platform expertise
