Digital Learning Program Manager

We are seeking a candidate with excellent technical skills to provide ongoing support to our partner organizations in the delivery of online learning platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the regional team to support Implementation Managers and CSRMs in executing program delivery and implementation plans.
- Deliver training and operational support to partners during onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth of the online learning program.
- Share knowledge of our online learning portfolio and platform with partners.
- Help partners identify key competencies, training, and activities needed to activate and engage learners and meet program impact goals.
- Collaborate with partners to build communities, identify volunteering opportunities, and document learner success stories.
- Support partners and CSRMs with online learning marketing and communications campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong technical acumen and comfort with technology.
- Experience in teaching or training delivery, preferably online.
- Ability to provide operational support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and new technologies such as AI, Cyber, Data, Cloud, Software Development, and employability skills.
- Global perspective and ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability to different environments and cultures.
- At least 5 years of working experience.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer/partner relationship skills.
- Project delivery experience.
- Drive, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Curiosity to learn and creativity to find better ways to deliver for partners and learners.
Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
