Job Title: Retail/QSR Functional ConsultantLocation: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail/QSR Functional Consultant to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Discovery:Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needsTranslate business requirements into functional specificationsTechno Functional Aspects:Translate the functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit documentIdentify & highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gapsCollaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goalsStakeholder CollaborationAct as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teamsEnsure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmapEffective OnboardingEnsure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc)Train super users of our clients on the platformExplain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queriesRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution deliveryStrong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experienceKnowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they functionFamiliarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projectsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrationsAbout Company :Algonomy helps consumer businesses maximize customer value by automating decisioning across their retail business lifecycle, with AI-enabled solutions for eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
