Dispatcher – Pearl Transport Inc. PEARL TRANSPORT INC is a trucking company that partners with owner operators and carriers across Canada . This is a full-time remote role for a Dispatcher at PEARL TRANSPORT INC . The Dispatcher will be responsible for: Finding loads for trucks and negotiating rates with brokers. Communicating effectively via phone, email, and messaging apps. Managing and converting owner-operator leads — reaching out, explaining company benefits, and recruiting qualified Canadian owner operators to join our fleet. Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (preferably in the Canadian market). Proven experience working with and recruiting Canadian owner operators . Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Fluent in English , Hindi , and Punjabi (spoken and written). Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Dispatch Software, TMS). Experience using DAT or other load boards for booking loads. Available for flexible hours , including weekends if needed. Equipment Required for Remote Work Windows desktop computer.
