As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our prospective clients. This entails understanding their unique requirements and ensuring the seamless administration of our products and services. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will contribute to the effective and efficient operations of our company, upholding the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with existing clients, as well as external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Effective written communication skills for emails and proficient telephone and email response to client queries.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
