Title - Sales Operation - MIS Executive
Job Location - Andheri East, Mumbai
5 Days Work From Office.
Looking for CA Inter Candidates
Looking for Immediate Joiners Only.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance & Sales management to establish & develop Business KPIs & reporting to drive business insights
Assists in developing and monitoring the annual budget for their assigned Sales teams
Helps to create and manage accurate forecasts for the sales leaders/teams they support
Assists in preparation of the monthly Executive Management Team Business Review
Develops territory and quota assignments for sales management and sales reps
Follow up on payment Dues/Receivables as per predefined credit terms.
Tracking and maintaining predefined TAT Order Processing for Customer/Partners with End to End coordination with Sales, Delivery and Finance. After Sales support and service for Customer’s/Partner’s & KSP’s.
Provide support for Distributors/Vendor’s, Coordinate with Distributors for Query resolution. Inventory Management, Planning, and Replenishment for Distributor’s /Vendor’s for Customer Billing.
Handling inbound and outbound calls with the objective of collecting accounts for India, US and UAE
Monthly Reconciliation of Sales Projections and Forecast and Cost optimization
Maintaining Monthly Order Book for all win deals so as to analyze standard Margin closure are done
Managing Relationship with Vendors and Distributors
