Job Summary:

As a Back Office Operations, you will be responsible for various tasks related to organizing, driving, reporting, and customer & internal stakeholder management for all S&P Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of Customer training programs: Co-ordinating with customers &

participants, facilitators, and printing agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of the program.

  • Taking care of all administrative activities of the company, coordinating with external agencies.
  • Preparation of Reports on the Sales Pipeline, order management
  • Follow up with customers for payment & sorting out any back-end issues related to payment collection.
  • Supporting Sales team for prospecting activities & support management free up their time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Back office operations role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary : Fixed component only

Working from the Mumbai office - Malad East

1st , 3rd and 5th saturday and all sundays are week off.
