Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join our team as a BDE Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, customer relations, and EdTech, and is keen on building a strong foundation in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media, to introduce them to Skill Arbitrage’s offerings.
- Product Demonstrations: Effectively communicate the value of our courses and programs, understanding customer needs to align them with appropriate solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Collaborate with the sales team to close sales and reach targets. Assist in converting leads into paying customers by providing timely follow-ups and addressing customer queries.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records in our CRM, tracking lead progress, and recording interactions with prospective clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth. Provide feedback to the team to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Work alongside the marketing team to support outreach campaigns, including webinars, online workshops, and promotional events.
