In this role, you will collaborate with clients across the edtech spectrum to identify opportunities for AI integration, design customized solutions, and oversee successful implementation to improve education delivery and learning outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Client Strategy Development and Presales Support (15%):Collaborate with K–12 schools, higher education institutions, workforce organizations, and publishers to understand their goals and challenges.Identify AI opportunities aligned with clients' educational objectives and business strategies.Support tasks related to presales support, such as developing and delivering client demos, managing POCs, creating tailored solutions for prospective clients, and contributing to business development initiatives.AI Solution Design & Implementation (30%):Develop AI-driven solutions tailored to e Learning contexts, such as adaptive learning platforms, AI tutoring systems, and content personalization, working with Learning Mate’s AI product and tech services teams.Understand and deploy solutions from Learning Mate’s proprietary Kadal ecosystem to meet specific client requirements.Oversee solution deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, instructional designers, and technology teams.Change Management (25%):Develop strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions across educational organizations and within Learning Mate.Address resistance to change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Conduct training sessions to empower educators, administrators, and workforce trainers along with members of the Learning Design Group.Market Analysis(5%):Stay updated on trends in AI and educational technology (Ed Tech)Provide insights on leveraging AI to address evolving K–12, higher education, and workforce training needs.Performance Optimization(25%):Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions.Monitor solution performance and recommend iterative improvements to maximize impact.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s in Education, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related fieldExperience:We are open to candidates from any background who have demonstrated the required skills in their past assignments.Must have worked on multiple AI tools for content generation and written effective prompts for different LLMs.Skills:Ability to look at challenges as opportunities and a penchant for experimentationStrong understanding of the educational landscape and stakeholders across K12, HE, and Workforce domains.Strong understanding of AI technologies (adaptive learning, natural language processing, data analytics) within an educational context.Effective, prompt writing for AI tools.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Preferred:AI online course certifications.Knowledge of education standards and compliance requirements for K–12, HE, and workforce training.Experience working with instructional design teams or educational publishers.Learning Mate is an equal opportunity employer.
