Role Description

  • This is a full-time Remote position for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible to design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts. Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats. The Instructional Designer will also develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of experience for Senior IDs, and 4 years of experience for Mid IDs in developing eLearning solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline
  • Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning development.
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Ability to design and develop engaging instructional materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Experience in using learning management systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
