Title: Content Manager / Lead Instructional Designer
Location: Pawai, Mumbai
Content Design & Development
- Design comprehensive course outlines based on client requirements across multiple themes (e.g., finance, life skills, leadership).
- Create engaging training materials in formats such as presentations, handouts, workbooks, case studies, and assessments.
- Partner with faculty and facilitators to revise and refine content based on feedback and evolving needs.
Client Engagement & Program Planning
- Attend and actively participate in client meetings to understand training objectives, audience needs, and content expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Development to propose innovative training topics aligned with client goals.
- Recommend long-term learning interventions to enhance client engagement and program outcomes.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough reviews of all training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, instructional integrity, and branding compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, research, and industry best practices to recommend new topics or formats for inclusion.
Stakeholder Coordination & Resource Management
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of training programs.
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential facilitators; build detailed facilitator profiles and maintain a talent pool.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, program catalogs, and creative mailers to support business development and client engagement efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or learning & development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training design methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, and design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Familiarity with creating content for ILT programs and digital training formats.
- Exposure to domains such as finance, life skills, leadership, or soft skills training.
