Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Instructional Designer located in Mumbai. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing e-learning content tailored to the unique needs of our corporate clients. You will be responsible for creating engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
:

1. Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver e-learning modules that align with our clients' training goals and objectives.

2. Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards that outline the content structure, interactions, assessments, and multimedia elements, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

3. Course Development Tools: Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other relevant software to develop interactive and engaging learning modules.

4. Media Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, graphics, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.

5. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessments and evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training materials and make necessary improvements.

6. Adherence to Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning theory, and apply them to your work.

7. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and reviews of e-learning modules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.

8. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.

9. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project goals.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

• 4-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in e-learning or corporate training.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other relevant e-learning authoring tools.

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
