Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Instructional Designer with >3 years of experience for

our Corporate Training Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trainer

coordination, team coordination, content design, and the creation of templates, flyers, and

graphic design work. Proficiency in using AI tools for design and content development, along

with strong communication skills and excellent command of the English language, are essential

for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content design and development, trainer collaboration, team coordination, working with AI tools

for design and content development. Internal Stakeholder management, time management,

swift at design development and closing deliveries.

Content Design:

 Develop and design engaging instructional materials, including presentations, manuals,

session plans, assessments and sometimes ILT modules with animations and audio

script

 Ensure content is pedagogically sound and meets learning objectives

 Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content quality

 Quick TAT to meet deadlines on or before time

Branding Work:

 Produce high-quality graphics for instructional content and marketing materials

 Utilize graphic design software to create visuals that enhance learning experiences

 Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools

 Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines

 Good hands on experience on Canva etc tool.

Trainer Collaboration:

 Collaborate with trainers to understand course requirements and content

 Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently

 Provide trainers with necessary materials and support for effective delivery

Team Coordination:

 Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

 Facilitate regular meetings to track progress and address any issues

 Maintain clear communication channels among team members

 Coordinate with other teams for any mutual content-related expectations
