Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructional Designer based in Mumbai. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, creating instructional materials, and developing curriculum to meet the training and development needs of various learners. The role involves managing learning systems and ensuring effective training program delivery to enhance learner outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with subject matter experts, designing engaging learning experiences, and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials.
Qualifications
- Skills in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Experience in Canva, PPT, and Basic Articulate
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in educational technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
