Instructional Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Creates learning experiences material, modules, assignment and assessment.
2. Develops and trains the instructor’s on the content created to conduct for the training.
3. Develop an instructor's manual and other teaching tools.
4. Making strategies related to instructional design, curriculum design and learning design for organisational development.
5. Understand the nuances of creating content for training employees on soft skills.

**Requirement**:
1. Must have knowledge of adult learning theories.
2. Must have Excellent project management and organisational skills
3. Must have education in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field is a plus.
4. Must have proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role, designing and developing instructional materials for various delivery formats (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
