Role Description
- This is a full-time Remote position for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible to design High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts. Create scripts and instructional design documents for various content formats. The Instructional Designer will also develop e-learning solutions including interactive elements for diverse learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of experience for Senior IDs, and 4 years of experience for Mid IDs in developing eLearning solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline
- Ability to develop effective ILTs and WBTs storyboards.
- Strong understanding of e-learning development.
- Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Ability to design and develop engaging instructional materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Experience in using learning management systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
