Here’s what you’ll be doing We are looking for a finance expert for our finance department to look after payment transactions and our company's financial commitments. You will need to maintain ledgers, oversee tax-related processes, and maintain spreadsheets and databases of valuable information. Key responsibilities: Accounts receivable Preparing Order-forms, and contracts to be finalized with customers Working closely with the team on invoicing, payment reminders, monitoring accounts receivables and revenue at risk. Tracking payments, reasons for hold-ups and communicating with team members. Tracking subscription renewals and ensuring all subscriptions are renewed without any delay. Identifying revenue leakage, if any. Preparing payment review decks for management. Payroll processing Processing payroll including calculating employee pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring that employees are paid on time and accurately Ensuring compliance with relevant PF and other payroll laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance of the same Responding to employee inquiries about their salary, benefits, or taxes  Preparing payroll reports for management review Is this someone that looks like you? Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA from a recognized business school preferred. Excel ninja – comfortable working on Google Suite, and Excel Champion, and generating relevant insights from revenue and payroll perspective. Good Communication skills.
