Job Description:Possess 10-15 years of relevant experience in NBFC Sectors. , NBFC MFI collection will be added advantageCollections in financial services NBFC/ NBFC-MFI industries.Knowledge of Regional credit markets and credit cultureGood network across state / Region with other NBFCs, Banks and Collection AgenciesWell versed with various collection activities e.g. team, process, in-housing & outsourcing of functions, vendors empanelment & management, commercials, and other related activities.Sector understanding of Financial Institutions and Corporates. Good knowledge of interpreting client businesses and financial.Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Good communication and presentation skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / MBA
Key Competence & Skills:Unsecured Loan Collection / JLG CollectionCollection Hard BucketIncluding W/oQuick SettlementDPD Roll back.
