The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive support to leadership, including managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communications. The role requires an organized and proactive individual capable of handling sensitive information and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations.Also EA should know Role of CS and should have fair ideal of Finance and Legal work , added CA / LLB Degree will be an advantage.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, calendars, and organizing travel logisticsExperience handling Expense Reports and managing financial records efficientlyStrong skills in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance to ensure seamless office operationsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholdersExceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with office software and tools like MS Office SuiteBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldPrior experience as an executive or administrative assistant is a plusadded CA / LLB/MBA Degree will be an advantage.
