The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key tasks also include managing communications, organizing meetings, and handling routine administrative responsibilities to support company leadership.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceExperience in preparing and managing Expense ReportsSkills in Executive Support and CommunicationAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitaskAbility to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teamsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferredFamiliarity with fitness and wellness industries is a plus
