Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Pune. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key tasks also include managing communications, organizing meetings, and handling routine administrative responsibilities to support company leadership. Qualifications - Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance - Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports - Skills in Executive Support and Communication - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask - Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred - Familiarity with fitness and wellness industries is a plus
