Long-term strategic planning, preparing and managing quarterly and annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting. Acting as a co-pilot with business teams, taking ownership of outcomes amidst uncertainty. Evaluating and constructing commercial proposals for category margins, leading negotiations. Driving targets with business teams, assisting with gap analysis and improvement plans. Collaborating with operation managers to reduce inefficient costs, optimize for steady-state costing, and set up processes for sustainable optimal cost. Facilitating financial review meetings, working with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management, and providing data-driven recommendations and follow-through with business leaders. Performing financial reporting, ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling, managing financial planning and analysis using key business input levers. Automating reporting and demonstrating familiarity with Business Intelligence tools. Driving working capital management, including inventory management and return per square footage, to maximize top-line revenue.
