Individuals with experience in handling Inbound calls from UK custom ers. Work Experience & Qualification crit eria: Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a professional telephone etiq uette Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer se rvice Freshers in UK Inbound calling preferably in Banking d omain Job Descr iption Answer all inbound queries as per call flow proc edure. Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer se rvice. Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resol ution. Break schedule adhe rence. Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring ses sions.
